Henry Schein seeks a senior compensation leader to drive the development, implementation and governance of compensation programs across the EMEA region. You will own job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structures and incentive administration, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness in line with business objectives.

You will partner with global and regional teams to deliver timely, accurate compensation data, audits and reporting, while guiding local HR, payroll and business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related discipline; master’s degree or certification is a plus.
• Typically 5–7 years of compensation or related HR experience including job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structures, annual cycles and incentive administration.
• Travel typically less than 10% with an office environment and no special physical demands.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate roles using Mercer’s/Marsh job evaluation methodology; recommend levels, grades and titles; audit classifications for consistency.
• Partner with HR and line managers to develop and review job descriptions; maintain accurate job titles, grades, codes and classifications across systems.
• Advise HR and business leaders on policy and pay decisions; recommend salary adjustments using market data and internal comparators; ensure alignment with policy.
