Rehlko seeks a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits and reward initiatives across EMEA, APAC and India. You will partner with Global Total Rewards, HR leadership and business stakeholders to keep programmes competitive and compliant while shaping how we attract and retain talent globally.

Based in the UK with a hybrid working model, you will drive market benchmarking, governance, job architecture and analytics to support strategic decisions within a complex international

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• Significant regional/global compensation and benefits experience.
• Experience with Workday and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead Total Rewards strategies across EMEA, APAC & India.
• Partner with HR and leaders on compensation, benefits and governance.
• Oversee annual salary reviews, incentive planning and merit processes.
• Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations for external competitiveness.
• Support global job architecture and governance frameworks.
• Manage regional benefits programmes including health, retirement and wellbeing.
• Monitor trends and recommend enhancements based on business needs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations across jurisdictions.
