Job summary

Wellington Management in London seeks a senior compensation expert to provide strategic consultation to HR partners and senior leaders, shaping regional Total Rewards programs that align with global priorities. You will partner with the Global Compensation team in Boston to design, manage base pay and corporate bonus programs, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure regional compliance across EMEA.

Qualifications

10+ years in Total Reward in a global organization.
Experience managing pay and bonus programs in financial services.
Strong analytical skills with large data sets and presenting findings.
Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for compensation matters for assigned business groups.
Provide insights into market trends and their regional impact.
Oversee EMEA compensation compliance and regional regulatory requirements.
Conduct market benchmarking and analyses; share findings to keep pay competitive.
Advise on compensation levels for new hires with supporting analyses.
Partner with Global Compensation to design and manage base pay and bonuses.
Lead ad hoc compensation projects and new role/pay structure development.
Collaborate on procedures, analytics, and reporting for Compensation Committees.
