Job summary

UL Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, shaping and delivering compensation programmes that support our business strategy across the EMEA region.

You will design and administer salary ranges, oversee merit and bonus processes, conduct job evaluations and market data analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, math, or related field.
• 5 years of combined experience in compensation, benefits, or HR, including 3 years in program administration.
• Strong knowledge of compensation fundamentals and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and administration of compensation programs to drive market competitiveness.
• Provide consultation to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation strategy.
• Conduct job evaluations to support equity and compliance.
• Drive annual compensation processes including merit, promotions and bonuses.
• Develop and present recommendations to leadership with data-driven analysis.
• Create communications and tools to drive engagement and understanding of programs.
