Wellington Management in London seeks a senior Compensation expert to provide strategic guidance to HR and senior leaders. You will shape regional Total Rewards, align with global priorities, and manage base pay and bonus programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across the EMEA region.

You will partner with the Global Compensation team, lead market benchmarking, and drive ad hoc projects to ensure competitive, fair pay structures for diverse business areas.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards within a global organization.
• Experience managing pay and bonus programs, preferably in global financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets and presenting findings.
• Customer service orientation and ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing at all levels.
• High confidentiality and cross‑cultural awareness.
• Strong problem solving and independent judgement with analytical consulting skills.
• Solid project management skills and ability to deliver on time.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for business leaders and HR partners on compensation matters for assigned groups.
• Provide insights on market trends and their impact on the region and supported areas.
• Oversee EMEA compensation compliance and advise on regional regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market benchmarking and share findings to maintain competitive pay structures.
• Advise on compensation for new hires with supporting analysis.
• Collaborate with Global Compensation to design base pay and bonus programs.
• Lead ad hoc compensation projects and develop compensation structures for new roles.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop processes, analytics, and reporting for Compensation Committees.
• Engage in industry forums to stay current on market practices and costs.
