Rehlko is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and reward initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and India. The role reports to HR leadership in a highly visible, international setting and will be based in the UK with a hybrid working model.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business or Finance
• Significant experience in compensation and benefits
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures and reward governance
• Experience managing external reward providers and brokers
• Understanding UK and international employment, tax and benefits regulations
• Experience supporting organizational change or acquisitions is advantageous
• Proficient with HR systems such as Workday
• Experience producing reward analytics and dashboards
• Reward qualifications (CCP/GRP) advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies to support objectives across Europe, Asia and India
• Provide expert advice on compensation, benefits and reward matters to leadership
• Lead annual compensation cycles including salary reviews and incentive planning
• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
• Support development and adoption of global job architecture and governance
• Oversee regional benefits programmes (health, retirement, wellbeing, insurance)
• Manage relationships with benefits providers, consultants and brokers
• Monitor market trends and enhance reward programmes
• Ensure compliance with local employment, tax and benefits regulations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll and Legal on governance
• Develop reporting, dashboards and analytics for programme evaluation
• Support global reward transformation and employee experience initiatives
• Contribute to organizational change and growth projects requiring reward expertise
