Job summary

UL Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Total Rewards Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape compensation programmes across the EMEA region. You will design, implement and administer programs, conduct market surveys, and provide executive-level analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, math, or other business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 5 years’ combined experience in compensation, benefits or human resources, including 3 years’ experience with compensation program administration, design and analytics.
• Demonstrated application of compensation fundamentals (e.g., market pricing, job evaluations, base pay and incentive administration, consulting principles).
• Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations affecting compensation design and administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to consult and summarize analytics in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Demonstrated time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM). Proficiency in statistics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and effectively drive for results, as well as collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs to drive market competitiveness; participate in market data surveys.
• Provide consultation to HR, Talent Acquisition and business leaders on compensation strategies and program design.
• Conduct job evaluations to drive internal and external equity and advise on job creation and labor law compliance.
• Manage annual compensation processes including merit, promotions, bonuses and long-term incentives with data audits and reporting.
• Lead projects, provide SME input, prepare analyses, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop communications and tools to drive engagement and understanding of compensation programs.
