Job summary

Alloy Enterprises in London is seeking a Senior Head of Systems Operations to own and drive operational excellence across the EMEA Systems business, defining standards, capabilities and roadmaps to enable growth and profitability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage process improvements, KPI tracking, risk mitigation and change management, collaborating with regional leaders to deliver improved customer experience and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 10 years’ leadership or operations management experience, preferably in construction.
• Six Sigma / Lean certification.
• Strong project management skills and change management experience.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Systems operational and financial metrics for the regional delivery.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements in Systems delivery operations.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and standardization programs.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends and mitigate risks across the region.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture within delivery teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to implement strategic initiatives.
