Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own and drive Systems operations excellence across the EMEA Controls domain. You will partner with regional leaders to define roadmaps, manage process improvements, and enhance profitability, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, Six Sigma/Lean expertise, and strong project and change management skills to drive standardization and risk mitigation across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership and operations role, preferably in instrumentation.
• Six Sigma / Lean certification required.
• Engineering degree completed.
• Strong project management skills with change management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Installation Excellence across EMEA Controls to improve profitability and delivery.
• Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives and standardization programs.
• Track KPIs, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to execute strategic initiatives.
• Lead lessons learnt and data analytics to preventRepeat issues and improve projects.
