Job summary

Clay Labs seeks a ClayDR Manager to lead our outbound SDR team from our London office. You will drive pipeline generation, own outbound strategy, and coach reps in real time to improve messaging and conversion.

In this player-coach role, you’ll work hands-on with calls, review pipelines, and align with sales leadership to optimize performance. 5 days a week in the office, with a culture that values creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM roles with 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams.
• Prior experience in a closing role.
• You coach by doing; you are in calls, not just dashboards.
• Credibility with sales leadership; you discuss pipeline and market signals.
• Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and AI-driven prospecting.
• Builder mentality; you shape how the team operates.
• Enthusiasm for in-office ClayDR culture; 5 days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Coach in real time during calls, reviews, and messaging workshops.
• Own outbound pipeline generation and handoff to account executives.
• Represent the SDR function to sales leadership; provide pipeline visibility.
• Develop people by defining expectations and progression paths.
• Shape outbound strategy with Clay workflows and signals.
