Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced EMEA SDR Manager to build and lead a multilingual, multi-country team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will own pipeline targets, coach SDRs, and shape market-entry plays while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partners and Sales Ops. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a credible phone presence, 1:1s, coaching, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in EMEA.
• Proven success entering emerging markets and building pipeline.
• Experience leading multilingual, multi-country teams.
• Hands-on coaching style; credible on calls and in inbox.
• Strong analytics; proficient in Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech company.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA SDR team.
• Own pipeline targets across EMEA and ensure team accountability.
• Build market-entry plays: ICP, territory, messaging, channel motions.
• Develop pipeline strategies with Sales, Marketing, Partners, & Sales Ops.
• Coach by doing: join calls, role-play, co-write outreach, model best practices.
• Use data to forecast, fix gaps, and improve performance; apply AI to outreach workflows.
• Run a tight rhythm: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, coaching, performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing on territory design and lead routing.
