Job summary

Coinscapture is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager for EMEA (UK/Ireland). You will own the regional operating model, drive territory design, quota governance, and forecasting accuracy, partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready insights.

You will lead CRM hygiene, pipeline inspections, and develop automation-driven workflows to reduce manual reporting while preserving sound judgment. 8+ years in sales ops preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
• Experience scaling Sales Operations across Europe/ multi-country environments.
• Proficient English communication and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional operating cadence including territory management, forecasting governance, pipeline health, and executive-ready insights.
• Collaborate with GTM Strategy, Finance, and Analytics to align regional and corporate cadences.
• Lead end-to-end coverage design: segmentation, territory planning, quota allocation with Sales Leadership.
