Principle HR is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Lead for the EMEA region. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on SQL analytics to shape regional performance and influence global decisions.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, work with senior sales leaders, and drive cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in strategy & operations, robust data analytics skills, and a track record of turning analysis into commercial

Qualifications

Six or more years' experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, a quantitative field or a comparable technology business.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.
A track record of converting analysis into practical commercial recommendations.
Confidence communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience managing changing priorities and communicating trade-offs across teams.
Practical experience using AI or automation to improve analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

Translate complex data into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
Identify commercial trends, risks and growth opportunities across EMEA.
Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams on business direction and resource allocation.
Ensure regional market insights and execution realities inform global go-to-market strategy.
Present compelling, evidence-led narratives to senior stakeholders.
Improve analytical workflows through AI, automation and strong systems thinking.
