Job summary

Rapid7 seeks a Senior Director, Sales Engineering EMEA to lead and transform the pre-sales organization across the region. You will drive strategy, mentor a diverse team of Solution Engineers, and partner with sales to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer security outcomes.

You will act as the strategic technical authority, deliver high-impact demos, lead POCs, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to forecast pre-sales growth and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise security solution experience.
• 5+ years of leadership and scaling pre-sales organizations.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives on security strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent enterprise security experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a geographically diverse team of Solution Engineers across EMEA.
• Champion the evolution from product demos to outcome-based security solutions.
• Serve as the visible industry expert for the region to CIOs and CISOs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategy.
