Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to deliver ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement for Enterprise sellers across key EMEA markets, including the UK. Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement or related GTM role.
• Experience enabling Enterprise Sales/Customer Success in SaaS/tech.
• Familiar with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler, etc.
• Strong facilitation of live and virtual training for senior audiences.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Willing to travel ~25% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and implement training programs focused on ramp and everboarding for Enterprise sellers and leaders across EMEA.
• Administer program certifications — score and evaluate submissions against rubrics and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct ongoing field listening to adapt programs to enterprise needs and share insights with the enablement team.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption with activities connecting training to real customer scenarios.
• Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to share field insights and co-build content; work with first-line Enterprise Sales leaders to address needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and reinforcement, modeling effective AI use for teams.
