Job summary

Worldpay (Uk) Limited is seeking a proven Relationship Manager to join our growing EMEA Commercial team in the UK. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and Global Payments, deeply understanding client needs and aligning technology with business goals to drive revenue growth.

You’ll build senior-level relationships across merchant organizations, coordinate executive visits, and mentor junior teammates in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
• Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understand client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
• Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.

• Manage relationships
• Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies
• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
