Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a proven Relationship Manager to join our EMEA Commercial team. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and Global Payments, understanding client needs, planning meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

You will build networks across client organizations, including C-level users, and drive retention and revenue growth while mentoring junior teammates. This role covers the EMEA region from our offices, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.

What you'll own

Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.

Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.

Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.

What you bring

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.

• Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish)
