Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to join the EMEA Commercial team in the United Kingdom. You will act as the main bridge between clients and Global Payments, building networks across client organizations including C-level users and coordinating meetings at client sites and Global Payments offices.

You will drive sales, manage relationships, and ensure technology and business strategies are aligned for continued revenue growth.

Qualifications

Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in payments/Fintech.
Min 2 years working with Merchants/partners.
Understanding of global payment needs and requirements.
Additional language (Italian/French/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and Global Payments and understand client needs.
Within client organizations, build a network of users including executive/C-level stakeholders and maintain knowledge of products/services.
Coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and executive visits at client sites.
Sell products and services to clients and drive revenue growth.
Manage client relationships and ensure retention.
Align client technology with business strategies for maximum impact.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
