Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a proven Relationship Manager to join our EMEA Commercial team. You will act as the main liaison between clients and Global Payments, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining client satisfaction across the region.

In this role, you will build executive relationships, coordinate meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to align technology with business strategies. Prior payments/Fintech experience and language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments/Fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments, understanding client needs and financial expectations.
• Builds a network of users across client organizations, including operational and executive levels.
• Plans, coordinates and facilitates client meetings at Global Payments offices or client sites, and supports executive visits.

• Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
• Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.

• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth
• Coach and mentor junior team members. Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
