Job summary

Global Payments in London is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to drive value for merchants and partners across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and Global Payments, translating their financial needs into tailored solutions and ensuring ongoing revenue growth.

You will build networks with operational and executive stakeholders, coordinate client meetings, and mentor junior team members as part of a high‑performing EMEA Commercial team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with merchants and/or partners.
• Experience as Relationship or Account Manager in payments/fintech.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
• Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between clients and Global Payments, understanding their financial needs and restrictions.
• Build networks within client organizations across operational and executive users.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and client sites.
• Sell products and services to clients and manage relationships for retention.
• Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies; drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
