Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a proven Relationship Manager to join our expanding EMEA Commercial team in London. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our payments platform, driving retention and revenue growth across the region.

You will build relationships with operational and C-level stakeholders, coordinate on-site client visits and internal briefs, and coach junior team members to sustain a high-performance culture in a fast-evolving FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.
• Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.
• Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.
• Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments, understanding client needs.
• Builds network of operational and executive users and maintains product knowledge.
• Plans and coordinates client meetings at Global Payments offices and client sites.
• Sales of products and services.
• Manage client relationships.
• Ensure alignment of client tech and business strategies.
• Drive account retention and revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
