EMEA Project Manager - Enterprise Security Systems

Location: Hertfordshire HQ with regular EMEA travel

Package: circa £70,000 with some flex DOE

Start Date: Immediate - actively interviewing

My client is hiring an experienced Enterprise-Level Project Manager to oversee major EMEA security integration projects. This full-time position covers the full lifecycle of access control, CCTV and networked security installations across multinational client environments.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong background delivering enterprise-level security or technology projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-site delivery and manage subcontractors.
  • Financially aware, organised and confident driving project timelines.
  • Comfortable with regular EMEA travel-primarily Germany.
  • Proactive, quality-driven and able to manage complex technical programmes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage engineering, installation and subcontract activities.
  • Coordinate procurement, logistics and project documentation.
  • Oversee project delivery from design through commissioning and final handover.
  • Monitor costs, forecasts, labour and materials to ensure project profitability.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional client experience.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with project and quality standards.
  • Support commissioning, system testing, troubleshooting and client training.
  • Complete all project close-out requirements, including billing and documentation.
