Job summary

A global healthcare company based in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the Legal EMEA PDx team. This role involves managing corporate housekeeping, reviewing various commercial agreements, and assisting in legal operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Legal environment of a pharmaceutical company.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English, other EMEA languages are a plus.
• Strong personal integrity and commitment to operating ethically.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate housekeeping processes and powers of attorney.
• Conduct commercial contract reviews focusing on compliance and risk management.
• Educate colleagues on Legal department's processes as needed.
