Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an organised Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. You’ll manage orders from Shopify through onboarding and installation, coordinating with logistics, digital and customer teams to ensure a seamless experience.

We value someone who is highly organised, proactive and systems-savvy, able to drive customer onboarding, training sessions and ongoing account administration across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation or related B2B roles.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributors and customers.
• Detail oriented with a process-driven mindset and SOP experience.
• Comfort learning new platforms quickly and working across commercial, logistics, digital and technical teams.
• Interest in Pilates or health and wellness is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and process invoicing and POs.
• Maintain accurate customer data and HubSpot activity for the team.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across EMEA and lead trainings.
• Coordinate digital installations with logistics and tech teams.
• Provide clear customer communications and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects moving and on track.
• Create, update and improve SOPs to scale processes across EMEA.
