Job summary

Your Reformer in the United Kingdom is seeking an Implementation Specialist for the EMEA team to coordinate customer onboarding, orders and digital implementations across Shopify, HubSpot and NetSuite. You will work closely with logistics, commercial and technical teams to ensure accurate data, smooth installations and proactive communication with customers and distributors.

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, operations or account management in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributors and customers across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through systems and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding and digital implementations for clients across EMEA.
• Lead onboarding sessions and collaborate with logistics and technical teams.
• Maintain proactive communication and manage issue escalation when needed.
• Improve SOPs and cross-functional workflows to scale operations.
