Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an organised Implementation Specialist to support our EMEA network from order through onboarding. You will coordinate commercial, logistics, and digital processes, ensuring a seamless customer journey and accurate data across systems.

The role emphasises proactive communication, end-to-end ownership, and continuous improvement of SOPs, with fluency in English and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, operations or a similar B2B/commercial environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and customers across EMEA.
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset; capable of documenting SOPs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage invoicing and purchase orders in line with procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across the EMEA region.
• Lead customer onboarding and training for digital solutions and installations.
• Coordinate installations with logistics and technical teams; maintain proactive communication.
• Develop and improve SOPs to standardise processes across EMEA.
