Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. You will coordinate the customer journey from ordering through onboarding and installation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.

You’ll work with the Senior Business Account Manager - EMEA, distributors, customers and internal teams to manage orders, invoicing, onboarding, digital implementations and ongoing account administration. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, proactive and systems-savvy; able to keep multiple pieces moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, operations, or account management in a B2B/commercial setting.
• Strong communication skills with distributors and customers across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across the EMEA region and lead training sessions for digital solutions.
• Coordinate with logistics, commercial, digital and technical teams to keep projects moving and customers informed.
• Create, maintain and improve SOPs to standardise processes across EMEA.
• Develop product knowledge across Pilates equipment, education and digital solutions.
