Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an organised Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team and coordinate the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation. You’ll ensure accuracy, alignment and a seamless experience across stakeholders in our fast-growing global business.

You’ll manage orders, invoicing, onboarding sessions and ongoing account administration with internal teams and distributor partners. Fluent English is essential; B2B experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or related operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.
• Strong communication with partners and customers across EMEA.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding for Pilates Education clients across the EMEA region.
• Lead onboarding sessions for Your Reformer’s digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital installations and kiosk setups with logistics and tech teams.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the implementation journey.
• Work cross-functionally to keep projects moving and ensure a smooth experience.
• Create, maintain and improve SOPs for scalable processes.
