Job summary

Your Reformer in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team and support our largest account networks across the region. This is a highly operational and systems-focused role, sitting at the centre of our commercial, logistics, digital and customer teams.

You will coordinate the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders for a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation or B2B operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English; ability to collaborate with partners across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding for EMEA clients and lead onboarding sessions for digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital installations and kiosk setups with logistics and technical teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with Tech Support and other internal teams to ensure smooth setup from day one.
• Improve SOPs and support cross-functional project delivery.
