Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. The role focuses on coordinating the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation, ensuring accuracy and alignment among stakeholders.

You'll work with Senior Business Account Manager - EMEA, distributors and internal teams to manage orders, onboarding and ongoing account administration, while improving processes and SOPs for scalability in a fast-growing global business.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive with strong systems thinking.
• Experience in a B2B/commercial environment and customer onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify and invoicing workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding for Education clients across the EMEA region and lead onboarding sessions.
• Coordinate digital installations in partnership with logistics and technical teams; maintain proactive communications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Create, maintain and improve SOPs to scale processes across EMEA.
