Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an implementation-focused professional to join our EMEA team. You will coordinate the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across commercial, logistics, digital and technical teams.

This highly operational role requires strong organisation, proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, operations or account management in a B2B/commercial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify; ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead customer onboarding and training for digital solutions; coordinate installations.
• Maintain and update customer records across systems; ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
