Job summary
Primer is seeking a Sales leader to own and refine the EMEA go-to-market strategy, oversee revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across the region. You will manage and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving accountability and commercial excellence.
You will act as the regional lead for EMEA, connecting global teams with the local market, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and surfacing regional insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise sales and proven leadership in building regional GTM teams.
- Track record of delivering growth in B2B SaaS/fintech domains.
- Strong relationship skills with executive stakeholders across regions.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM strategy for Primer in the EMEA region, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, coach, and align Account Executives to achieve ambitious targets.
- Represent Primer with gravitas to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships to shape roadmap and onboarding.
