Job summary

Pursuit Resources Group, on behalf of its client, a global consumer brand licensing business, seeks a commercially driven Director of Licensing to lead and grow its EMEA licensing operations from the London office. This is a senior, strategic role reporting to the President of Global Licensing and requires full-time, office-based commitment in central London.

Qualifications

• Essential: background in apparel/fashion with licensing experience.
• Proven licensing experience across a range of brands.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with senior-level influence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across the brand portfolio, including licensing and retail.
• Manage key licensee and retailer relationships and identify white space opportunities.
• Negotiate licence agreements, renewals and extensions with legal support.
• Develop and update strategic plans to meet budgeting targets for EMEA licensing.
• Partner with finance on annual planning, budgeting and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee brand presentation and merchandising needs with licensees.
