SKIMS is seeking a Director of Merchandising & Buying, EMEA to lead regional merchandising and buying across Owned Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise. This role balances global brand strategy with regional insights, partnering with Global Merchandising, Planning, Product, Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize assortment and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive Merchandising/Buying/Commercial leadership experience.
• Experience across multiple international markets, preferably within EMEA.
• Experience supporting Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise models.
• Strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and localization.
• Proven track record of commercial growth across omnichannel environments.
• Advanced analytical skills in assortment planning, inventory management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience collaborating with global headquarters while representing regional needs.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the merchandising and buying strategy for the EMEA marketplace.
• Translate global brand/product strategies into an EMEA commercial plan.
• Set seasonal/annual commercial objectives with regional leadership.
• Identify opportunities, gaps, risks to maximize revenue and margin.
• Evolve the EMEA merchandising strategy using regional performance data.
• Lead localization of assortments while aligning with global vision.
• Oversee in-season trading, inventory management, and replenishment actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, and Finance.
