SKIMS seeks a strategic Director of Merchandising & Buying, EMEA, to lead regional assortment, buying, and pricing across Owned Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise. You will balance global brand strategy with regional insights, shaping the regional merchandising roadmap and working closely with Global teams to maximize revenue and growth across markets.
The role demands deep experience in international merchandising for premium brands, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to scale
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Merchandising or Commercial leadership.
- Experience across Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise.
- Strong Excel and analytics capabilities.
- Experience with multi-region brands, preferably EMEA.
Responsabilités
- Own and execute the EMEA merchandising and buying strategy across Owned Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise.
- Translate global strategy into regional commercial plans reflecting local needs and growth priorities.
- Lead localization of assortments and pricing for EMEA.
- In-season trading, inventory management, and markdown decisions.
- Partner with Planning, Finance, and Global teams to optimize launches.
