Qualifications

• 10+ years in merchandising/buying leadership at premium brands.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple markets and channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the merchandising and buying strategy for the EMEA marketplace across Owned Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise.
• Translate global brand and product strategies into an EMEA commercial strategy.
• Lead regional product localization, pricing, and inventory investments.
• Oversee in-season trading, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization.
• Build and develop a high-performing EMEA merchandising and buying team.
