Avis Budget Group seeks a Senior Manager, EMEA eCommerce Business Lead to own the day-to-day operation and performance of the EMEA eCommerce business. This role sits at the center of a cross-functional ecosystem—partnering with Marketing, Product, Tech, Revenue Management, and Regional teams—to drive conversion, revenue, and overall digital health.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in eCommerce or digital growth management.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling for senior audiences.
• Proven ability to drive conversion and revenue in a regional context.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Tech and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of the EMEA eCommerce business across the full funnel.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance.
• Manage performance reviews, issue triage, and prioritization of fixes.
• Identify and troubleshoot site/funnel issues affecting conversion or revenue.
• Develop and present regular performance readouts to leadership.
• Drive testing roadmaps and optimize merchandising, pricing, and checkout flows.
