Job summary

AppsFlyer is seeking an Industry Lead – eCommerce for the EMEA region to shape our approach to mobile-first commerce, client advisory, and cross-team collaboration. You will guide how clients acquire and retain customers, build benchmarks, and influence product decisions with market insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in eCommerce, retail, growth, strategy or analytics roles.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to explain insights to non-analysts.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, including C-level, and running workshops.
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with sales or customer-facing teams on client strategy.
• Familiarity with multiple EMEA markets; languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Be the vertical expert for EMEA eCommerce with clear, evidence-based views.
• Run executive business reviews using benchmarks and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze data with analysts and define KPIs; track over time.
• Advise on strategy in client workshops and strategy conversations.
• Support account teams with vertical insights and positioning.
• Track market directions including new commerce models and GDPR related topics.
• Create vertical playbooks, frameworks, and research for cross-team use.
• Feed market insights to Product to shape offerings.
• Be visible in the industry via publishing, speaking, and events.
• Collaborate with Industry Leads across regions and share learnings.
• Demonstrate impact on client outcomes, pipeline, and growth.
