Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Product Management or Digital Product Management.
• Proven ability to shape product roadmaps, evaluate options and support strategic business decision making.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, ecommerce processes and online customer behaviour.
• Experience using analytics, customer insight, commercial data and stakeholder input to inform decisions and measure value.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence to operate strategically while maintaining delivery awareness.

Aufgaben

• Own and communicate the eCommerce roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and commercial objectives.
• Evaluate opportunities using customer value, commercial impact, business readiness and strategic fit.
• Build stakeholder relationships across eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Customer Service, ITS, UX, CRO, Engineering and Delivery.
• Lead discovery to understand business challenges, customer behaviours and opportunities.
• Frame initiatives with problem statements, business rationale and measurable benefits.
• Partner with analysts and delivery teams to prioritise work and manage trade-offs.
• Monitor performance using analytics and customer feedback to refine priorities.
