Qualifications

• 6+ years in eCommerce, digital business management, or growth/conversion-focused roles.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Ability to make confident decisions under ambiguity and incomplete data.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proven track record of driving conversion rate and revenue improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of the EMEA eCommerce business, monitoring performance and acting on opportunities in real time.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Tech, Finance, and Regional teams around shared eCommerce priorities.
• Manage operating cadence: performance reviews, issue triage, and prioritization of fixes and enhancements.
• Identify and troubleshoot site/funnel issues affecting conversion or revenue; coordinate with Product and Tech.
• Develop and optimize levers driving conversion rate and revenue across the EMEA funnel.
• Partner with Product and UX on test-and-learn roadmaps (A/B testing) to improve performance.
• Monitor market dynamics across EMEA and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Translate metrics into clear narratives for decision-making at multiple levels.
• Present performance readouts to VP, Global eCommerce and leadership.
