You will translate complex data into clear stakeholder narratives, lead cross‑functional collaborations, and make bold decisions in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in eCommerce or digital growth roles
• Proven ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Strong cross‑functional partnership with Marketing, Product, Tech and Finance
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions under ambiguity
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, analytics tools and A/B testing

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of the EMEA eCommerce business, monitoring performance and acting on opportunities in real time
• Connect Marketing, Product, Tech, Finance and Regional teams around shared performance priorities
• Manage operating cadence including performance reviews, issue triage, and prioritization of fixes
• Identify and troubleshoot site/funnel issues affecting conversion or revenue with Product/Tech
• Lead testing roadmaps (A/B tests) to continuously improve performance
• Collaborate with global peers to align regional strategies with global direction
