Job summary

Advanced Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Commercial Sales support role at a new facility in S. Gloucestershire.

You will provide contract management, order management and customer management for the Commercial Sales team within the EMEA region, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Contract Management and Legal. The role focuses on managing contracts, processing orders and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial environment within high-tech/high-value manufacturing.
• Proven ability to support sales teams and customers.
• Strong contract management and order processing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and coordinate with internal teams to finalise agreements.
• Develop processes to monitor compliance and improve visibility over financial commitments.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely, clear communication at all stages.
• Support customer queries, objections and complaints through to resolution.
