Job summary

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology in Bristol is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator on a contract basis. The role focuses on contract management, order processing, and customer engagement across regions, ensuring compliance and effective communication with internal teams.

The position involves liaising with legal and sales colleagues, managing order entry, and supporting CRM activities to optimise customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience and training in contract law, drafting and administration.
• Negotiation of change orders and effective correspondence.
• Planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Strong MS Office and familiarity with order-entry/MRP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: analyse contracts for commercial requirements and liaise with internal departments to finalise agreements and address risks.
• Order Management: process orders, ensure accuracy in product, price and delivery, and provide regional support.
• Customer Management: support assigned customer base, handle queries and coordinate cross-functional responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
