Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to shape strategy, execution, and user experience for our global benefits programs. You will focus on plan design, financial stewardship, vendor management, and communications, while supporting day-to-day operations within Stripe's Total Rewards framework.

You’ll drive market research, design programs, manage vendor negotiations, and develop clear communication plans so Stripes understand and value our benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing comprehensive employee benefits programs.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Strong communication skills to articulate plans and changes clearly.

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Stripe's benefits programs.
• Benchmark and design plans aligned with company strategy and regulatory needs.
