Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to shape strategy, execution, and user experience for our global benefits programs. You will focus on plan design, financial stewardship, vendor management, and communications, while supporting day-to-day operations within Stripe's Total Rewards framework.

You’ll drive market research, design programs, manage vendor negotiations, and develop clear communication plans so Stripes understand and value our benefits offerings.

About the role

The Benefits Program Manager plays a key role in shaping the strategy, execution, and user experience of our benefits programs. This role focuses primarily on benefits strategy and plan design, financial stewardship, vendor management, communications, the Stripe experience, and continuous improvement. This role is suited to someone who can think strategically while supporting the successful execution of day-to-day operations and our broader benefits strategy.

What you’ll do

Manage the full lifecycle of our benefits programs, including market research, benchmarking, plan design, vendor selection and management, annual renewals and negotiations, communications, administration, security reviews, and compliance. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and recommend new or updated programs that align with Stripe’s business and Total Rewards strategy. Act as a subject matter expert and develop clear communication plans that help Stripes understand our programs.
