Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist - EMEA to lead end-to-end benefits administration and renewal lifecycle across EMEA and India. You will manage project plans, coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and Compliance, and partner with brokers to optimize programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-regional collaboration, data-driven renewals, and delivering a seamless employee experience with effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business (or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA and India benefits regulations and market benchmarking.
• Demonstrated project management skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Vendor management including contracts and renewal logistics.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead enrollment presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, and time-off programs across EMEA and India.
• Serve as senior point of contact for employee queries and coordinate with regional specialists.
• Create and manage the project plan and timeline for all EMEA renewals and vendor meetings.
• Collect and format reports and benchmarking data to support renewal proposals.
• Drive renewals post-approval with Workday updates, invoice setup, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead Open Enrollment and renewal presentations for employees.
