Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned partnerships leader to develop and execute high-impact initiatives with payment method partners and expansion partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will negotiate and close deals, onboard partners, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and legal teams to drive Stripe's growth in the region.

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and craft partnership and product strategies for market expansion and payment method partners in EMEA.
• Execute deals, manage partner onboarding and partnership development for new and existing financial partners.
• Understand partners' strategic priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps; communicate insights and recommendations to Stripe product stakeholders.
• Develop and grow Stripe's relationships with partners, identifying stakeholders who will champion Stripe.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of deal processes and partner management.
