Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Workplace Environments Project Manager to lead projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will translate global strategy into locally effective plans, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and partner with global and regional teams to deliver functional, well-designed workplaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience directly managing workplace, commercial construction, or office fit-out projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Knowledge of building services and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, workplace technology, cost management, procurement, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, priorities, and external partners while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
• Experience creating alignment across regional and global stakeholders, making informed decisions, challenging assumptions, and incorporating feedback.
• Practical artificial intelligence literacy, including the ability to identify appropriate uses, evaluate outputs critically, and use AI to improve quality or efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workplace projects of varying sizes, complexity, and stages, with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and delivery.
• Translate global workplace strategy, design guidelines, and operational standards into locally effective project plans and outcomes.
• Establish project governance, including decision rights, stakeholder checkpoints, escalation paths, risk management, and concise reporting.
• Lead technical due diligence and evaluate project constraints, delivery options, opportunities, and commercial trade-offs.
• Partner with Workplace Design, Space Planning, Workplace Operations, Real Estate, Finance and Strategy, Information Technology and Audio Visual, Security, Legal, and other regional and global teams.
• Select and manage external project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, furniture suppliers, and specialist consultants.
