Job summary

Stripe is seeking an EMEA Staff Product Manager for Stripe Issuing to lead product development of card issuance systems, including designing user-facing APIs and interfaces, and working directly with top global users in building and expanding their card programs in EMEA.

You will partner with GTM teams to scale Issuing, collaborate with design, legal, risk, and engineering, and own the roadmap and go-to-market strategy across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a product role.
• Domain knowledge in financial products, especially card issuing and card networks.
• Experience scaling products in collaboration with go-to-market teams.
• Experience building platform and/or API products.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to articulate customer problems clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stripe Issuing in UK and Europe.
• Shape the direction and product strategy for managing card programs.
• Partner with engineering to bring new Stripe Issuing solutions to markets.
• Collaborate with design, legal, risk, compliance, and engineering early in development.
