Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Partnerships Lead to develop and execute strategic deals with payment method partners and expansion partners across EMEA. You will negotiate, secure, and manage partnerships that enable Stripe’s product launches and geographic growth, collaborating with product, legal, and GTM teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in partnerships/payments, deep EMEA knowledge, and a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or related field.
• 5+ years of experience related to payments and/or ecommerce.
• Deep EMEA market knowledge and understanding of payment method dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and craft partnership strategies for market expansion and payment method partners in EMEA.
• Execute deals, manage partner onboarding and partnership development.
• Understand partner priorities and communicate insights to Stripe product stakeholders.
• Develop and grow Stripe’s relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs to measure deal processes and ongoing partner management.
